It Also Enables The Bouquet To Unfold Fully. The Shape Of The Decanter And Their Opening Upwards Influence The Result Of The Decantation. A Large Opening Increases The Exchange Of Oxygen, A Narrow Opening Allows The Oxygen To Float Above The Wine.
